TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
· Payment via Paypal or Bizum
· The price stated is the base price. Depending on the complexity of your character, there might be extra charge. Adding objects or complex designs will have extra charge starting from 5 €.
· I will only take characters that has clear visual reference. Characters with only text reference (need designing) will be charged with additional fee.
· Price stated are for personal use only. Commissioned piece for commercial use (streaming / content use / merchandise / ads / print) will cost +60% from charged price. (may increase depending on use)
· I CAN'T DO: NSFW; (parcial nudity is ok), elderly mecha / heavy armors, furry / creatures.
· I have the right to decline your order if I feel incapable of doing it.
· The finished piece will be sent through email.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
· First payment done after the sketch is approved (50%)
· Second payment done before sending the drawing in good quality and without watermark (50% remaining)
· Refunds will only be given if I haven't started the commission or on full color pieces:
- 70% of the total price will be refunded on the sketching phase.
- 40% of the total price will be refunded on lining phase.
· Payment must include Paypal fees for me to receive exact payment.REVISIONS
· I will only do max 3x revisions, there will be extra charge beyond that.
· Major revisions are only allowed in the sketch phase.
· I will first let you know if any revision requires additional fees before making any changes to the commissioned piece.
·If by any chance you want to publish it in social networks please use the version with signature of the illustration.DEADLINES
·- Depending on my RL situations, queue, and the complexity of the commissioned piece, I usually took between a week to a month to complete a commission.USE
- Using any of my art for non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
· Feeding any of my art to AI is strictly prohibited.
